Module - Forms Form OverviewForms: Forms are where you can generate your own information gathering form. You have the ability to create a custom form based on your needs. The most used example is a "Contact us" form.
- New Form:
- Name: This is where you will name the form you would like to create.
- Redirect URL: This section allows you to select a page that your site visitor goes to once they submit the form. If you have a Thank You page you want the visitor to see you can place the link in to the box provided, or you can direct them back to the form that they just filled out.
- Email Address: This is where you can add the email address you wish the form to go to when it is submitted.
- Edit Form: To make changes to the form you created, select Forms from the left hand menu and click the name of the form you wish to edit.
- Name: This is the name of the form itself.
- Redirect URL: This section allows you to select where the end users goes once they submit the form.

- Form Options: This section will display the list of options you have set up on the form.
- Label: Displays the name of the option.
- Type: Displays the type of option.
- Optional Values: Displays the values you have created.
- Style Tags: Displays any style tags that were used for the design of the form.
- Multi Select Rows: Displays the options you have for the end user to select from.
- Move: This allows you to move the different forms options up and down to put them in the order you wish to have them.
- Remove: To remove an option you have created click on Remove.
- Add Options: This section is where you will add the form criteria you would like to have on the form.
- Field Type: This allows you to select the type of answer you wish your end user to fill in. You have the following types available:
- Check Box
- Radio
- Select Box
- Select Box Multi
- Text
- Text area
- Label: Text Label to the left of the field you are creating.
- Style Tags: If you would like to change the look of the input field using CSS tags. Example: width:10px;color:red
- Option Set: This is for a drop down menu that the end user will select one of the options you have created. You will separate the options with commas. Example: Red,Green,Blue or Small,Medium,Large
- Multi Select Rows: This is for a drop down menu that the end user will select multiple options from the list. Sets the number of rows to display for SelectBox_Multi.
