Module - Event Form Overview

Events: The Event section gives you the ability to easily add events to an event page or a event calendar (Not all sites have an event calendar). If you have added an event calendar or you have an event page set up to your site you can easily add events using the event form.
  1. New Event: To add a new event click on Events then New Event.
    1. Title: This will be the name of the event. Example: Fund Raiser.
    2. Start Date: This is where you will enter the Start Date of the event. Example: 8/12/2010
    3. End Date: This is where you will enter the End Date for the event. If the event is only one day just put the same date as the end date. Example: 8/12/2010
    4. Recurs: If your event that you are entering happens Weekly, Monthly, or Annually, you have the ability to select when it recurs. Just select the option you need.
    5. Lead Text area: This is where you can enter in Lead Text for the event. You can use the text area for a short description text area.
    6. Body Text area: This is where you can enter in the main text information about the event.
